hello, i'm back! what did i miss?

the last month has been pretty boring for me, but i'll ramble about it anyway.

i got a detention today over being late to school four times (-__-) so i have to serve my time today after school. i think detentions are soooo stupid. they force you to sit in a room with other people for an hour and silently entertain yourself... i already do that for fun in study hall. :|

i'm not really looking forward to the rest of the day. i just want to sleep. but, i have to get my grades up, so i need to finish these final projects. finishing final projects = no sleep. :(

well, i think it's about that time for me to start exploring posterous. i don't come on here very often. please comment & let me know if you read my blog; i would love to check out yours! :)

gah, sorry for not posting here lately. i just got a domain- indigosky.org. although indigosky.org is my new blog, i'll definitely be using posterous to upload videos, mobile pictures, music, etc. i just won't be blogging here too often. it's trick-ay! (tricky tricky tricky tricky)

the dance show was hilarious, as expected. i even saw my spanish teacher from freshman year do b-boy moves on the ground. it was scarring.

but, other than that, my day was pretty boring. i played barbies with my little sister and wasted time on the internet all day. hopefully tomorrow will be more interesting... i'm going shopping, can't wait to buy new clothes! <3 maybe i'll even see a few cute guys? ^_^ haha.

anyways, i promise that i'll start posting more pictures and videos soon. i haven't really had any inspiration to do so lately, so i've been slacking. i know, i'm a lazy bum, i admit it. lazy and proud! ;)

oh no, i'm sneezing and sniffling. my dad told me not to go out of the house without a coat, but i didn't listen... T_T i think i'm starting to get sick now. oh, boy...

i'm a sucker for dancing teachers.

life has been pretty blah lately. school is boring, the house is boring... everything is pretty boring. thankfully, i've been keeping myself occupied by posting on my music blog, going on twitter, and talking with my "online family" via chatroll.

i'm going to a show at my high school called dancing with the teachers tomorrow night with my friends and my little sister. the teachers are going to dance with each other and perform hip-hop, latin, and disco routines- LOL. it's probably going to be pretty hilarious & i might take pictures of them in their costumes if i can... but remember, this is at my high school, sooooo i don't want to look like a weirdo that likes taking pictures of their teachers. o.O it's not like i'm on the newspaper staff or anything.

i'm also going christmas shopping over the weekend. i have about $90 saved up from my birthday, so i'm going to try to spend that. ^_^ and i'm definitely buying the new chris brown album, graffiti, before the weekend is over. i ordered it online on amazon the day that it came out, but my order was declined because i ordered it with a visa gift card and not a credit card. (guess they didn't want my money, then).

well, study hall is almost over, so i should get going. i'll probably be back later with some pictures or something. :)

rain and i have a love-hate relationship.

rain, rain, rain. it's been pouring all night yesterday and all this morning. my parents had to go out of town for a confrence last night, so i had to catch the school bus this morning. ugh. (no, i don't have my license... that's a completely different rant for another day.)

so, i had to wake up at 6 when i usually wake up at 7. waking up an hour early was the easiest part of my day so far.

then, i missed the bus. i left out at the right time, but the bus driver was too early. i was outside for 5 minutes just standing there, looking stupid, in the pouring rain. no umbrella, because i couldn't find one and i didn't want to be late for school. my aunt suggested a plastic bag, so i left the house with that. but i didn't use it... (picture a plastic bag draped over your head while you're standing on a street corner, completely soaked in the pouring rain.

yup, that's why i didn't use it. nice of her to care, though, i appreciated that.)

well, to make this story short, i had to end up calling one of my closest friends / 18-year-old cousin to pick me up from my house and come get me. his classes don't start until 11, so i felt bad that i had to wake him up so early. but he didn't mind picking me up; he said one time before that he actually likes taking me to school, which is such a blessing. i love having my cousin around, and i will definitely make sure to re-pay him for always being there when i need him. he's like the perfect friend.

now i am at school, in study hall, waiting for this day to be over. the only good thing about a rainy day like this is that i can take pictures of the rain and the soft, gray clouds. i can sketch someone in knee-high rain boots shielding themselves from the cold water and strong winds with their polka-dot umbrella. my artistic side is always strong when it's raining... i know, it's weird.

so, back to posterous.

i'm currently using posterous, which let's you post pictures, text, audio, and video via e-mail. it's a lot like tumblr, except it's better for someone like me because i like posting from my email account wherever i go.

for example: if i see someone on the school bus picking their nose i can just take a quick picture, send it to my e-mail through a text message, and it'll be on the internet for everyone to see! ^_^ (not that i like seeing people pick their nose...)

anyways.

to help myself better this blog and to keep it where i want it to be, i'll have to write a few rules for myself. otherwise, i'll totally screw this up and it'll be all cluttered and unorganized and, just... ugh.

1. lowercase only on this blog! as much as i want to hit the "shift" key, this will help me keep things simple.

2. i will not obsess over my blog's theme / template when i post here. noooooo. big mistake! :x

3. i'll post at least one picture a day via cell phone or digital camera. and no, it won't be a picture of someone picking their nose. xD i'm not weird enough for that, honestly.

4. i will try to refrain from posting things that aren't mine as much as possible. this is going to be hard though; i have a slight obsession with the k-pop group big bang.
